What are the Shipping Rates ?
Shipping is FREE in the US only. International shipping will be added in the future.
All orders are shipped the same day received. Smaller orders (under 1 lb) are shipped via USPS First-Class (2 to 9 days). Larger orders (over 1 lb) are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2 to 5 days). Shipping time depends on the distance from our store in Seattle, WA to the address you provided.
How do you ship my order ?
All order are shipped in containers which are cerfified by USPS safe shipping standard.
• Order of one DVD will be shipped in a single size poly bubble padded envelope.
• Order of two DVDs will be shipped in a double size poly bubble padded envelope.
• Order of three DVDs will be shipped in a triple size poly bubble padded envelope.
• Order of four or more DVDs will be shipped in larger size single wall box which meets a higher shipping standard and can hold heavier weights.
How do you charge my credit card ?
PayPal Payment Pro is our payment processor and PayPal Payflow Pro is our payment gate way. All online orders will be process by PayPal. Once your credit card have been accepted and approved, PayPal will inform us of your order(s). We will then ship the order(s) to the address you provided.
What is the minimum amount of titles per order ?
There is no minimum order.
How are titles packaged and shipped ?
All DVDs are either sealed or shrink-wrapped and ship in a safe carton box which will be delivered right into your mail box.
Does your DVD come with a standard case ?
Yes. All DVDs come in standard case in brand new condition, just like you would buy it at a local retail store.
Are your DVDs Region Coded 1 ?
Yes, all our DVD are Region 1 coded.
What does "Region 1" mean ?
It means that you can play the DVD in a country such as USA & Canada. Please refer to table below for more details.

What countries do you ship to ?
We ship DVDs within the US only. International shipping will be added in the near future.
What Shipping Methods are used ?
We use USPS Media Mail and USPS First-Class Mail for smaller order and USPS Priority or USPS Media Mail for larger order.
How do I track my order ?
Online Tracking is available for all shipped orders. Once your order has been processed you will be emailed a tracking number, it can also be found in the Order History section of your Account once you login. Once you have your tracking number visit USPS and enter your tracking number to see the details of your order being shipped. We also send updating email on the status of your order and when it is being delivered.
How long does order take to process ?
All orders will be process and ship the same day except Holiday. This is just an estimation. Other factors do play very important role too, such as the validation of your payment and availability of certain titles at the time.
How long does it take to receive an order ?
All orders are shipped direct from Seattle WA. Shipping time depending on where you are located. Orders ship via USPS Media Mail (3 to 10 days) take longer to arrive than orders shipped via USPS First-Class Mail (3 to 7 days) and USPS Priority Mail (2 to 5 days).
What shall I do if I do not receive my package in time ?
We appreciate your patience for few more days as delay will definitely occur. If you still do not receive the package, let our customer service know, in the mean time you may go over to your nearest Post Office to checkout for unclaimed package which may be belongs to you.
How do I change my account information on the web site ?
To change your account information please follow these instructions:
• Click on "my account" near the top of the screen
• Enter your User ID and Password
• Make the appropriate changes to your account information, such as billing address, shipping address, email address, etc.
• Click on "Continue" to submit changes
Why am I receiving a message stating that my credit card is invalid ?
Please verify that the card type, account number, expiration date and CVV2# that you entered are correct. Please send us a message if you feel there is an error on our website
I would like to send an order as a gift. Is it possible to send an item so that the prices will not appear on the packing slip?
If your order includes a ship to address which is different than the billing address on your account, we will print and send the packing slip without the prices.
Do you charge sale tax ?
We charge 9.5% sale tax to order ship to the state of Washington only.
How do you ship if my order included Pre-Order DVDs ?
We ship any available DVDs in your order first. Pre-Order DVDs will be shipped on their release date’s.
What is the return policy of BuyCheapDVD.COM ?
We offer 15 days unconditional return for new, un-open DVDs. If for some reason you don't like the DVD, just return it to us within 15 days, we will refund your full payment including shipping.
In the event that an item purchased from BuyCheapDVD.COM is defective, we will exchange the disc under the manufacturer’s warranty for a copy of the same title, provided the title is still currently available in our regular inventory. If the title is no longer available, or has been reissued by another studio, or is no longer covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, this warranty is void. Proof of purchase is mandatory. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges for returned items. Please see our Return Policy for more information.
What is the replacement policy ?
We will only replace packages which are lost or undelivered to customers. Please see our Return Policy for more information.
What happen if I receive defective title from you ?
In the event that an item purchased from BuyCheapDVD.COM is defective, we will exchange the disc under the manufacturer’s warranty for a copy of the same title, provided the title is still currently available in our regular inventory. Unfortunately, certain models of DVD players are not able to play certain DVDs. BuyCheapDVD.COM cannot be held responsible for discs that cannot be played on certain systems. However, BuyCheapDVD.COM will exchange the incompatible title with another title provided the warranty conditions are met. Items not accepted under the terms of this warranty will be returned, freight collect, to the sender. Please see our Return Policy for more information.
Can I use my DVD Rom Drive to watch your DVD movies ?
Definitely YES. We recommend you to use software like PowerDVD or WinDVD or Windows Media Player for this purpose. In case, you are facing the region locking problem which prevent you from watching even though you have used the above stated software, you may want to upgrade your DVD Rom firmware to Region Free.
Shipping
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
